We have started developing Zafirok, an industry-specific CRM and ERP ecosystem for small businesses. Why we are building industry-specific CRM and ERP

A single generic workflow can leave each team filling those gaps with spreadsheets, messages and manual work.

Our ambition for Zafirok is to make each industry version useful in its own right. We want the terminology, screens and workflows to reflect familiar tasks, with the flexibility to adjust them for an individual business. The starting point is the industry; the details should fit the company using it.

For construction teams, we plan to connect customer inquiries with estimates, project stages, crew coordination, time tracking and job costs. A contractor should be able to follow a job from the first conversation through delivery, while understanding how the work, labour and costs relate to that project.

Manufacturers need to connect what a customer orders with what the team must produce. Our planned manufacturing workflows focus on customer requirements, quotations, orders, production planning and delivery. This includes businesses making products such as modular homes, furniture, windows, gates and custom kitchens, where each order can have its own specifications.

We plan to offer a free account option, with paid plans starting at $19 per month. This is the pricing direction for the product under development. We will share the included features and plan details as each industry version takes shape, so businesses can understand which option fits their needs.
